change primary email address on exchange account on iphone

If someone's email address for their work account was changing, just the actual email address, nothing else, can you edit the account on the iPhone to reflect the new email address, or do you have to create a new account. The email address is the only thing that's changing, everything else, login, domain, pw, server, is staying the same.
